HELP!! i cant EVEN PLAY! AND I BEEN WAITIN FOR LIKE 4 DAYS!

I tried to connect to EverHacking Server.
I marked the Server in the list and klicked aon "play everquest"
Then my mouse freezes a couple of seconds and Everquest restarts.
If I try it again, a window comes up wich says that I have to patch up again.
But no success if I do so.

Someone told me to set the datarate in the datarate.txt to 10.0, but I can`t find this file in my everquest-folder.

Can someone help?
