How do i get rid of error 1017

I keep getting a error 1017 in EQ EMU. I make sure im updated with all patches and everything from regular EQ. I made sure that I had all the information correct in my host.txt and datarate.txt or whatever it says in guide for 5.0. Can someone please leave me some info plz

i really need help :cry:
