If you have EVER been a tech support for anywhere then there is a video for you.. It is SOO funny.. check it out http://www.deadtroll.com/index2.html just click on videos on the left then scroll down to "Welcome to the internet helpdesk Live version" the other one is funny also, but not AS funny as this one.
