some dumb nooblet questions >_>

ok im newhere and extremely new at this EQ thing so here are some questions that need some answering so play excuse my noobness
1.do i have to own everquest?(like the actual game like go out and buy it>)
2.how do i install this stuff so i can run on these servers?
3.what is the most populated server (pr one wit the most peeps on it alot)
4.which do u think is the best server (just wanna get an idea)
