After I #level 70 I still cant enter plane zones ?! Please help

I have a question when I do #level and level a charactor then I try to #zone 202 into a plane zone it tells me I dont have the proper level but I leveled my charactor to 70

I have tried everyone from rebooting the server to rebooting my client. I have zoned a couple times on my client.

I still Cant enter any plane zones I tried also with level 50 and it didnt work.

Please help!
