error 1017

Ok im running a 6.2dr1 server and it seems everyone else can connect but myself. Ive followed the tutorial on setting my host files to the network address of the server and then the dns name. I currently have this in my file

127.0.0.1 localhost
192.168.10.3 boppoom.no-ip.org
(space)
And i still get error 1017. Anyone any help?
