build date?

what is the build date of a fresh eq titanium installation -- the eqgame.exe that is. I looked at the hex of it, but not finding anything obvious, does anybody know how to find it easily? modded date may be it, but may not be, in this case modified date according to properties was nov 8, 2005.

can anybody verify that, or give me the right build date for it?
