Those aren't anything really new cause I've been experiencing the same bugs in previous builds. :p And about the mobs hitting you from afar, I guess it would depend on the database you're using because I don't have that issue at all.
Helms - Bugged on all races as is some of the hair and facial features.
Disconnect on death - Somewhat fixed a few builds ago, but you do get stuck in the "above" camera mode. Just press F9 to change cameras.
Pet's in walk mode - Been like this as long as I can remember.
Zonelines - Already fixed. Been mentioned in the forums several times. Client side issue.
I'm not bitching here at all. This is probably the most promising EMU out of all the ones out there. I can live with these small inconveniences. :p
