Old Server?

Has anyone succeeded in making an eq server which contains some of the old things we all loved, (boats, etc)? And maybe the old plane of air?

Ps...also, Sony made a live server like this, called the combine/sleeper...

Very interesting.. had NO expanisions untill unlocked.
Very cool...and not nob friendly.
