Hi all im new and i have a question "

I knwo you guys say to read the readme i did that help with some stuff but how in the heck do you get My sql to work it tells me to run the setup.exe and i have searched for it and it seems to be not there and for some reason when i try to log on servers it wont let me and boots me

but if anyone has a fraction of a clue that would help me
