I must have been making a syntax mistake, I'm sorry to bug you for such a petty mistake. This worked, everything in my table now respawns at 60 seconds.

I'm just messing around and having fun, this isn't a serious server so if mobs respawn too fast, to me its not a big deal. The chances of me staying in a zone/instance more than 20 minutes is very slight anyways
