server locked issue
did a search on "lock" and "locked" nothing comes up. So, at the risk of this being a hugely asked question.
My server sometimes says "locked" other times does not. I got in it last night, but not able to today. Is there some common remedies for this? New install of everything, latest everything, no special firewalls, just a router with port opened.
might add I can get into the character selection screen. Other thing noticed last night is zoning is very slow i have 6meg down / 1 meg up. running server on XP system with duel core lots of ram. EQ client on same pc as server.
clicking on character results in message "zone unavailable" "locked" is shown on eqemu server list.
