Unhandled incoming op code

And now I'm doubting it. Dammit.

I stood in the Nexus, alone, and spam-clicked to equip two different swords. I was able to reproduce the op code error, but not the zone crash.

I think the common thread I'm seeing between actual crashes and this op code error is with bards. However, not being on the developer side, I have no idea what to look and test for. I'd appreciate some guidance, but I'll keep testing with my own methods anyway. Thanks much.
