Default Rule Request Character:MaxLevelSkillCap

This is a request for a rule to allow the server to report skills properly for players that are above the max level. If a rule can't be made for this, I would appreciate help in finding the source that needs to be changed to allow it.

From my testing, if you #level a character over the max level defined on the server, the skills will then wrap around back to 0. This is just a graphical bug, because the skills all still work and skill up properly. They just show up in the skill window as wrong. Also, this effects stats such as AC and Attack heavily, but again this is just graphically. Using #showstats will still report the stats properly.

I am not exactly sure why it wraps the skills. I don't even see a reason for it to be in the code at all, but it would be nice to have an option to turn it off. I do know that if I turn #gm on, the false skill caps disappear after a few seconds and skills appear normal. I just need a way for it to display the correct skills even if a player is over the cap set on the server. The rule option could either be setting the max level for skills to show up properly, or it could be as simple as a true/false setting to turn the wrapping on or off.

This would be primarily for servers that want to increase the max attainable level of their server, but by non-traditional means. On my server, I have added a new custom quest that allows players to level from 70 all of the way up to 75 one level at a time. This is done by collecting from my top tier zone and turning them into a quest NPC that levels the character. I think it is a cool new way for me to reward my top end characters to make them stand out from the normal level 70s. It is also a way to allow players to progress onto even higher tiers to be added later that would otherwise be too hard for normal level 70 characters. By making level 75 only attainable via high end quest, it still keeps all of my current level 70 content perfectly balanced for new level 70 players. Also, since it is a quest, I can make it take longer than the normal exp grind from 70 to 75 and I can also make it more interesting by making raid encounters drop the quest items. Imagine raiding to level instead of just grinding. I like variety. I think once I get all of the bugs worked out, my players will really enjoy it.
