Default Having problems hosting my own server

I am trying to use my desktop to host an EQ server to play over my LAN using the bots from EQoffline. The first time I started the server everything looked like it was working, both in the dos window and in the minilogin window. When I went to log into the game, I had 0 servers listed. Now when I try to start the server, it can't find a login server. I'm not sure what happened but I didn't change anything. I'm attaching my loginServer.ini file, not sure what else to post. I am a complete idiot when it comes to this kind of thing. All I wanted was a way for my GF and I to play EQ because we don't have a stable internet line. Thank you for your help in advance.

LoginServer.ini
Code:
### --- This file tells world.exe what loginserver to connect to.
### --- Leave the account and password field BLANK.

### --- Public Login is un-supported as is LAN playing. We reccomend using the EQEmu.net Loginserver ALWAYS.

### --- NOTE: Starting 6-1-2002, you can no longer use the word "Server" in worldname.
### --- NOTE2: the word "Server" is added to each server automaticly.
