Confused

I used to have a server up like 2 or 3 months ago and i had no problems at all with people logging on. it worked well. I am trying to get it back up and running again, but for some reason, nobody can log on except me. I have changed nothing. All the ports are the same, i cant figure out why i cant get it public again. any suggestions? apparently when people select my server...it pauses for a bit then takes them back to their login screen...thanks
