Default New way to change values

I don't know if this is new or not, but in case it is, I thought y'all might want to know. I have a way to change database values without having to resort to a third party program, like SQL db query, or Navicat.

It involves editing certain db files, but you have to edit them before sourcing the db in to SQL. Because of that, I'm not sure how well it will work for existing servers, but if you are setting up a new server from scratch, it works extremely well.

When I have a little more time to type, I'll post the order of things to do, along with (most of) the files to edit. I didn't have the time to spend trying to figure everything out, so it's a little incomplete. In the meantime, if there is another thread out there about this same thing, please, let me know. I couldn't find in the existing threads, but I admit, I may not have been using the right keywords, and such, so it may be my fault entirely.
