That zone is unavailable error

Hey guys, I followed the server setup word for word. Everything works good until I try to get into the game with the character I have made. I get the error 'That zone is unavailable.'

I am using the PEQDB, and EQEmu-0.7.0-1129

I think the main problem is that my eqlaunch.exe window says 0: sleeping instead of 7005: sleeping

I have done some searches but nothing has worked, any tips?
