Zoning issues

Not sure if this is the right forum for this BUT! - about 90% of the time I zone I end up crashing... not a straight out crash but everything locks up and i have to ctrl alt del it.

It hasn't always been like this, just started 3-4 days ago... I haven't changed any settings in that time or anything on my computer for that matter.

Anyone else having this issue / know how to fix it?
