question about PeQ editor

Right , is ther a way i use tyhe peq editor and edit a whole zone?
like to increase the atk and acruaxy of all mobs to 1000 in 1 basic command , beacsue its tedious to go though each mob of a zone doing it 1 byt1 thanks
