Not quite following you here. Are you saying

$ent->CastSpell(2570, $ent, 10, -1, -1)

or

$npc->CastSpell(2570, $ent, 10, -1, -1)

or

CastSpell(2570, $ent, 10, -1, -1)

Because the last does nothing for me.
