stuck at login server page

everything is fine in the beginging, username/pw and i can see all servers. when i pick one server and click play the game, it just stuck there and nothing happen.
what happen and any solution ? please. thank you.

windows 7

I'm an old player here, but haven't log in for a long time. pc changed and os system changed to wins7
