Is the zone bazaar a regular EQ zone?

Just wondering if the Bazaar zone is a regular EQ zone, cause when i was tring out my EQ server, and tried #zone bazaar. eq quit saying it couldn't find that zone, and to reinstall. In case it matters, I have EQ, and ruins of kunark disc's
