Added Shrunken Heads to the Varlyndrian General Merchants.
Using these foul smelling things can somehow shrink you...

Shrink is now a level 1 spell for shamans and beastlords.

Soulrager's Spirit Healing Rank 1 has had its hatred lowered
and now heals for 50% more.

Bladesinger's Singing Blades Rank 1 now deals 66% more
damage with 1hs but is now considered a song instead of a
normal buff.

Enchanter's Enchant Silver, Gold, Electrum, Platinum, Clay,
Mithril, Velium, Adamantite, Steel and Brelium are now level 10.
