Default COMMITTED: Multiple Door Fixes

I'm pretty sure that I've got a couple of the door issues (inverted and opentype 40 doors) ironed out. I want to do
some more testing with a second client (I'll have to make one) to ensure that my fixes aren't just single-client.

In addition, since I've already posted a doors.cpp patch for this revision (2145), I don't want to post another one on
top of it. Someone might get confused about which/what to patch.


Is there a dev that I can talk to in pm about handling this?
