GeorgeS emutool Repack

For the Repack, does anyone know how it loads up mysql? Im trying to figure it out to make changes to the DB and I cant CMD any Mysql line changes because It never prompted me to setup Username or Password for it. I follwed the directions and actually got it stup and working fine. But now I dont know how to alter the DB or getinto Mysql. HeidiSQL also requires username and password to access DB, but I never made one.
