That's bad, but probably not the cause of the problem you described.
Anyways, additional information is needed:
Which wiki guide did you follow? (post link)
Are you running your own login server, or are you connecting to the main login server?
Can you post your eqemu_config.xml (with login/sql info censored)?
Have you gone through the steps to forward the appropriate ports for running an EQEmu server?
By the way, you may want to keep log/config files in one post under separate code tags. Posting them individually as you have done makes it relatively difficult to read.
