in game issue

Hi there i'm in game right now on the grand creation server and i died zoning out from Plane of justice into tranquility.... now im somewhat confused how i died even though i made it to the zone wwith no debuffs on me and my corpse is nowhere to be found in either zone... if someone could help me get my corpse i wuld be very greatful

in game name is Merica.
