Cant open doors or target npcs?

hey all, just got my server up and running. It's very hard to for me to be able to target any npc's in game. i end up having to click kind of near their feet to be able to target them. Also, when opening/closing doors i have to literally click 20 different spots on the door to get it to open, same thing with the Lifts in Kelethin. Any idea what the problem could be?
