UCS issues

Has anyone else had problems with Universal Chat Service? It appears to be working, but I keep getting Please wait while I reconnect messages on the client. I followed the instructions to a T. Also set the CHAT rule to false. Port 7778 is also forwarded on my router to my internal IP of the server.
