I have a custom non default Perl install setup on a special Array(and also no C: drive).
What method can I use to get this to work?
When I start the t_start_server.bat
Everything boots well, then I get:

"The program can't start because perl512.dll is missing from your computer.
Try Reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

It is located in F:/Perl/Bin
