Hey guys.. Quick Question

Hey all, I'm new here, and plan on setting up my own server (lookin over the readme at the moment)

But just one question..
as of December 31, 2002 will EQ Emu 0.4.0 work with the current EQ patch? I haven't played EQ in a while so I had it uninstalled and so I just installed EQ, RoK, SoV, and Luclin (no PoP) and am wondering wether or not I should run the patcher because i heard something about the latest patch breaking EQemu?
