Default Adding spells?

On my server, that I am administering - a spell is not in the database "DRU- Nature's Renewal". I attempted to add this spell onto a column which did not exist in the spellsnew table. I copied an existing spell column (greater healing) or something and just edited the integers for the values, name, dmg healed, level...etc. I have checked my work 8 or so times. I have compared this "new" spell with the one I copied it with and have done many "hotfixes" in the game but the spell will not show up in the game. Which leaves me the only option of going into the character_spells table and actually editing "memmed" spells that the character (in this scenario my wifes character) has memmed. What I want to know is, what did I do wrong - if possible, and what do I need to do, to fix this. Moreover, why was "Nature's Renewal" which was introduced in Kunark, as well as another druid spell "Forest's Renewal" (or something like that) also left out? These seem to be old spells, why did they not make it into the build, and how am I supposed to add them into the spellsnew table?

Although the workaround "works" for now, I dont like having to cheat the database by manually adding spelleffects into a characters spellbook =/

Any help on this is appreciated in advance!

EDIT: The problem I am having isnt necessarily with the spell ITSELF, its getting it to appear in game as scroll form so people can add it into their spellbooks. When you search for "Spell: Nature's Renewal" it still shows 0 results, no matter how many hotfixes I do or how many times I reboot the server.
