Default Help with Private Emu Velious/PoP Setup

I'm looking to make a private velious era server I can progress to PoP. Essentially I want to play as accurate as necessary for nostalgia Velious then pop but solo with MQ2. I've been having a heck of a time with most links being broken. I also have no experience whatsoever with anything like this.

I managed to find an EqEmu Windows installer. I got the server up and running with the peq database and was able to connecg through the titanium client with which was a good start. I know Spire will let me limit the expansion to Velious but I'm not sure what that actually does.

I found an SQL file in these forums with TakP database info that should get my tables closer to what I'm looking for but I don't know if that will also bring back the zone layouts, graphics, and NPCs with it or if I need to figure out those changes elsewhere. I'm not sure what to do with the SQL file, either. I know I have to merge it with my current database somehow, but no idea how. I don't want to straight import it because I don't want bots. Also, I wouldn't know how to do that either. The SQL file is from this post: https://www.eqemulator.org/forums/sh...ad.php?t=43956

I also have all the p99 files in my titanium launcher to ensure I have the old zone graphic files. If that matters. I also have the EQ Trilogy iso's on my computer. Not sure if I can rip anything from there that may be useful.

Any help or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
