Dual weild / 2H weapons

Well.. seems there is some minor bugs.. Dunno if this is sumtin i can "tweak" in the database, or if this is hardcoded?

Problem :

1. When i weild proccing weapons (example from lvl 65 monk with all skills maxed) i proc constantly. Like 200+ times per fight.. totally insane.. just cant stop proccing.
2. When i weild a 2HB weapon, my monk will STILL "hit" with his offhand "bare hand".. Ie. i get "crush for 232 damage" and "hit for 43 damage".. Monk should not be using his offhand to punch when using a 2HB weapon right?

Btw. Using the compiled server version from Drawde, and drawde's database.
