Runtime error 430:Class does not support Automation(FIX)

If anyone gets the runtime error 430 this is the fix for it.

regserv32.exe c:\Program Files\Everquest\patcher.dll

If that doesn't work then uninstall patcher, reboot, reinstall then run the command.
