login error

at first only 1 or 2 of my chars on guild wars would be able to login, then all of them on guildwars then all of them on all servers.
I can get to char select screen fine but when i pick a charcter it starts loading then returns me to server select or boots me from the game entirely. if anyone could help out it would be great

p.s. i repatched eqlive and eqemupatcher and still no results
