You Have Been Disconnected

Ok im having a small proplem with my Eqemu i seem to log on fine except when i go to click enter world some times i get

"Zone is unavaliable"

so i restart the game and it works but when i finally get on im on there no longer then 5 mins then it tells me

"You Have Been Disconnected"

And this is my own server to play about on.... i use to be able to work it out but now i cant think of anything..

plz can someone help its driving me insane!!
