WARNING: DO NOT USE WIN DEV C++!!!

I have downloaded this program and after deciding I didn't understand it I left it on my computer: BIG MISTAKE!
This download is NOT protected and I have found over a dozen attachments that range from viruses to registry theft programs. IT IS NOT WORTH IT to use this program! DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!
