3 Special Errors (NAT Prob) eq.variables prob + server pass

I am trying to run my own server =)
I get Four wonderful errors =|....

Problem 1:
NAT Problem
I have a Dual PC Modem made by Action Tec

Table eq.variables

Problem 3:
Password for Server
