Weird problem, can't seem to solve it.

Hello there, well, I'm trying to acess the Eqemu server list, the only login that works leads me to a empty list. Yes, I edited eqhost.txt. I'm using a router so I allowed the use of ports from 5597 to 5599 (correct me if I am mistaken). If I try to create a account (using the new activation code and all) I get a Error 1016: Lost connection to server (i get it everytime I try...). So I'm stuck with one account that get me into a empty list, I have EQ with the latest updates. I'm thinking this might be my isp fault, but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

P4 2.6 ghz
Geforce 4 Ti 4800 SE 128mb ddr
1024 mb ddr RAM
Windows XP
256/128kbps ADSL
20gb+ of free disk space.
