There are a few things I'd like to ask before we hire you:

What is your real name?

Do you have past experience?

Do you know all the commands/what they do?

Do you have good player/community handling skills?

Are you just along for the ride?

Will you hack our server?

How do I know I can trust you?

Are you a homo? ( Lol jk )

Let me know what your answers are either here, pm, or e-mail, and I might let you have a position on Draclian Signus.
