Needing Help

I just started trying to set up a server. I have the newest DB and source, but i'm having 2 issues:

Think it was already covered in another post, but i'll put it here because honestly i never saw an answer. I"m getting an item error with my DB. I think one post said i needed to source a file that came with the newest

you will need to run the item update.sql that came with emu source

But, i downloaded the newest source and didn't find that file. If anyone can give....i guess a more complete or better explained solution i'd be appreciative. The error message is the same as this one:

Second, my server is locked on the server list every time i try to get into it. How do i unlock the server?

Thanks, i appreciate the help. I did search for the answer, as you can see above, but honestly didn't find anything that fixed it.
