hello a little prob

hello , i have a little probleme when i m at login screen i tape my login and my password and when i click on *connect* i have a blackscreen and 1 sec after i m back to window , if someone can help me for this

ps : sorry if someone has yet this prob and if u yet answer it , i havent see
