haveing troubles with ...

been i am at the section were i need to set up the DB i am going to use PEQ_CLASSIC_058.sql
but when i try to use it i get this error

mysql> source PEQ_CLASSIC_058.sql;
ERROR:
Failed to open file 'PEQ_CLASSIC_058.sql', error: 2
mysql>

i have all the files that i was told to get .. also is there a sertin folder these .sql files need to go into ?
