Perl Zone.exe Problem

Hellooo ^^

Well in the debug of my zone.exe s I can see this :

[Error] Making parser...

[Error] Mapping...

[Error] Starting command queue Mapping...

[Error] Reloading quests for zone...

What does it mean ? and How to fix it ^^
