Any ideas ?

Someone on irc mentioned my bandwidth could be a problem.

I don't agree a 2048/256 should handle it

the logging in and my server not visible
or crashing on zone
its happening whether there is one person on or 3-5

is there any way for me to diagnos this

any suggestions at all
