Just think back to what you did that could have possibly caused the error. Did you get a router? Did you change eqhost.txt? Have you changed internet service providers? Have you patched since December 15, 2004? Before trying anything else you should identify the problem you are having now so we can fix it instead of trying to fix something you don't know what is wrong with.

that was possibly one of the stupidest thing's I have ever seen considering I already went over all those problems. Anyhow, I just switched the routers and I can connect now. Going to look into my other router's settings and check out what's happening in there.

Weird.... anyway, did you figure out what about your router was messing it up or are you still looking? Did those guides help at all?
