Being patched to live is not the only problem. I havn't patched since 6.1dr1 came out and I get the some problem with most servers except my own and PEQ.

No, not patched to live. I have TWO installations of EQ.

I have a compatible version... I think.

I can get on and everything, and can play a character, just not make a character.
