ok i fixed it

it was world.exe and i replaced it

now my server loads up fine only prob im haveing now is theres no items in game

what could the reason be for this

Thats why there are no items. you deleted all the items from your DB. you are going to have to re source your DB without deleting items or install DBI Perl package and DBDMysql Perl Package. then source in 13th floor items But i had issues trying to get the newest 13th floor items list to source and could not get it to work with out getting an unknown augslot1 error or something for all the items in the list. So probably be easier for you just to resource your DB.
